| description: | In the framework of general principles of the Game Theory, considering large disturbances and connected with them analysis and optimisation of controllability and reliability, and the new activity of the Baltic-Russian-Germany cooperation as well, the following will de done: 1) By the Baltic Association of System Research in Energy, in cooperation with Russian and German research centres [especially with the MIES SB RAS (Melentijev's Institute of Energy Systems of Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences) a basis will be laid for further development and generalisation of the new higher level of the of the high priority international (especially of the Inter-Baltic Power System Research Program) concepts of methods and theory of the complex optimal control of Interconnected Power Systems (IPS), taking into account reliability analysis and optimisation by complex approach to the optimal control and controllability provision of IPS, especially in the inter-state transmission grid , based on the game- and polyoptimal theories and methods 2) A basis will be laid to the elaboration of the rational methods of reliability analysis and optimisation of IPS, within complex approach to the further development of the generalised reduced gradient method (GRGM) and its rational mathematical tools; 3) In cooperation with the MIES the basis will be laid to the formation of a joint monograph on the new developments, generalisations and applications of the GMRG, in accordance with it's elaborated structure and main ideas and for the elaboration and development of new PP (program packages); |
