| 13. | Teadustöö põhisuunad | • Eesti lihhenofloora koosseis ja kaitse – Eesti lihhenofloora liigilise koosseisu uurimine, Eesti lihhenofloora biogeograafiline iseloomustus, haruldaste liikide analüüs ja selle põhjal samblike kaitse ettepanekud. • Tsetrarioidsete samblike (sug. Parmeliaceae, Ascomycota) fülogenees ja süstemaatika – alusuuringud informaalse rühma kohta, mis hõlmab u. 140 liiki kogu maailmast; selle rühma piiritlemine, enam kui 20 perekonna asendi määratlemine süsteemis ning nende võimaliku fülogeneesi rekonstrueerimine. • Samblike levikumustrid põhjapoolkeral – valitud samblikuliikide täieliku leviku kaardistamine, Eesti liikide kuuluvuse määramine geograafilistesse flooraelementidesse; primaarsete ja sekundaarsete liikide leviku võrdlus. |
