13.Teadustöö põhisuunad Olen osalenud preparatiivsete meetodite välja töötamisel looduslike prostaglandiinide saamiseks bio- või poolkeemilise sünteesi teel. Olen tegelenud looduslike ühendite eraldamise ja identifitseerimisega.
Hetkel uute dioksügenaaside identifitseerimine ja dioksügenaaside katalüüsimehhanismi uurimine.

13.Current research program I have studied preparative bio- and semisynthetic methods for production of natural prostaglandins. I have been engaged in separation, structure elucidation and bioassay of novel bioactive natural products (eicosanoids, steroids).
The current topic is molecular cloning of novel dioxygenases and characterization of the mechanism of catalysis.
