13. | Teadustöö põhisuunad | Pildi- ja kaardiandmete seostamine loodusvaatlustega statistiliste ja intellektitehnika meetodite abil. Pilditõlgitsus ja mustrituvastus. Problemaatika hõlmab sobivate indikaatortunnuste otsimist keskkonnaseisundi hindamiseks, keskkonnakaitseliselt väärtuslike piirkondade eristamiseks, üksikute liikide esinemisootuse hindamiseks ja taimkatte kaardistamiseks satelliidipiltide, aerofotode ja kaardiandmete järgi. Sealhulgas koha ümbruse tunnuste kasutamine, indikaatorväärtuse sõltuvus arvesse võetava ümbruse ulatusest ja kaugusest. |
