13. | Teadustöö põhisuunad | ETFN nomenklatuuri järgi: 1.6. Füüsikaline, analüütiline ja anorgaaniline keemia, 2.2 Materjaliteadus. Elektrit juhtivate polümeersete materjalide füüsikaliste ja keemiliste omaduste uurimine. Anorgaaniliste pooljuhtide vask-indium-halkogeniidide (CICh) ja elektrit juhtivate polümeeride komposiitmaterjalide ja mitmekihiliste struktuuride valmistamine fotoelektriliste seadiste tarbeks. Erinevate mitmekihiliste struktuuride ja komposiitimaterjalide optimaalse valmistamise tehnoloogia väljatöötamine ja nende elektriliste, optiliste ja adhesiooni omaduste uurimine eesmärgiga kasutada neid materjale päikeseenergeetikas. |
