13. | Teadustöö põhisuunad | Laia keelutsooniga dielektrikute kiirgusfüüsika - elektronergatuste uurimine aeglahutusega luminestsentspektroskoopia meetodite abil madalatel temperatuuridel, kasutades sünktronkiirgust (kaasa arvatud vabdel elektronidel põhineva laseri kiirgus) vaakumultravioletti ja pehme röntgeni spektraal-piirkonnas. Kiirgusdefektide tekke uurimine kõrge tundlikusega luminestsents meetoditel. Uute efektiivsete VUV-lumfinooride ja kiirete stintillaatorite arendamine. Lisandi ioonide luminestsents ja energia ülekande protsessid haruldlaste muldmetalle ioone sisaldavates laia keelutsooniga materjalides. Elektronergastuse relaksatsiooni ekstremaalsetel ergastustihedustel. Spektroskoopiliste meetodite arendamine dielektrikute omaduste diagnostikaks (sh õhukestes kiledes). |
