7.	Teenistuskäik	1983-1984 õpetaja Tallinna 39.Keskkoolis. 1984.a. asusin tööle Läänemere Kalamajanduse Teadusliku Uurimise Instituudi Tallinna osakonda nooremteadurina. Sellest ajast on instituudi nimetus muutunud kahel korral. Jätkan siiani tööd samas asutuses. Aastast 2000 olen Tallinna Pedagoogikaülikooli doktorant.

13.	Teadustöö põhisuunad	Töönduslike põhjakalade varude hindamine, hindamise meetodid ja ökoloogia. Abiootiliste tingimuste (soolsus, temperatuur, vees lahustunud hapniku kontsentratsioon)ja biootiliste faktorite (kalandus, sinivetikaõitsengud, makrovetikad, looduslikud vaenlased, haigused)osa populatsiooniparameetrite kujunemisele.

7.	Research and professional experience	1983-1984 teacher at Tallinn 39 Secondary School. From 1984 I was working at Tallinn Department of Baltic Fisheries Research Institute. The Institute was renamed twice, and I conitnue to work at the same institution. From 2000 PhD student at Tallinn Pedagogical University.

Impact of abiotic (salinity, temperature, oxygen conditions) and biotic (fishery, cyanobacterial blooms, macroalgae, natural enemies, diseases) ecological factors on the flounder population parameters.
