13. | Teadustöö põhisuunad | • Atsetogeniinide analoogide süntees ning nende bioloogiliste ja füüsikaliste omaduste uurimine • Ravimikandidaatide väljatöötamine polüskleroosi raviks. • Tetrahüdrofuraanide ja tetrahüdropuraaride stereoselektiivne süntees kasutades asümmeetrilist Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons ja tsükliseerimise reakstioone. Nende meetodite rakendamine bioaktiivsete atsetogeniinide sünteesis. • Konformatsiooniliselt piiratud ja mittepiiratud fosfolipiidide süntees ja nende omaduste uurimine. |
