• Ravimikandidaatide väljatöötamine polüskleroosi raviks.
• Tetrahüdrofuraanide ja tetrahüdropuraaride stereoselektiivne süntees kasutades asümmeetrilist Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons ja tsükliseerimise reakstioone. Nende meetodite rakendamine bioaktiivsete atsetogeniinide sünteesis.
