description: Enrichment of phase diagrams and formation of desired properties of contemporary superconducting materials is largerly achieved by doping treatments. The energetic spectrum of the basic systems is essentially influenced by these treatments up to creation of new states. Description of electronic orderings (superconductivity) and of various structural transformations in such strongly correlated compounds must base on doping-variable electron and phonon spectra. The aim of the project is the elaboration of a theoretical description explaining superconductivity and structural properties of cuprates and other novel high-Tc systems (MgB2). Using interpolative models for doping-variable spectra the ordering mechanisms exploiting interstate hybridization (two band-schemes) will be applied. This scheme incorporates also vibronic phase transitions created by doping. Investigations of local lattice dynamical stability will embrace new representative systems and structural elements. The project is a natural extension of the scientific activity of its personnel. As a result we expect to explain peculiarities of physical functioning in a class of materials actual for applications, predicting also channels which allow to regulate the desirable properties.
