description: | The project is devoted to the ivestigation of dynamical properties of wind in Estonia. Investigation of increments of the wind velocity and wind power are in their infancy as in Estonia as world-wide. The non -synchronous wind velocities in different sites (characterised by time lag in their increments) has a smoothing properity for the power system. Difficulties are expected (by the other scienyists) for the Estonian power system, if share of wind-generated power will increase to the significant level. According to the work hypothesis these difficulties may be supressed by the non-synchronous increments. |
