description: | Targets of the Project: 1) To detect the ratio of active components in effluvia from dispensers at laboratory and field and to clarify the nature of component influence 2) Töötatakse välja toimeainete kontsentratsiooni arvutamise viisid ökokemikaali dispenseri toimeruumis (kommunikatsioonikanalis) 3) To work out methods for calculation of concentration of ecochemicals in active space (communication channel) 4) Using the calculations abd knowledge on active ingredient action to create the optimixed dispensers for Pollen beetles (Meligethes spp) and flea beetles (Phyllotreta spp) 5) Using conception of ecochemical communication channel to make experimentally clear influence of kairomones on pheromone communication of Pieris brassicae, Mamestra brassicae, Plutella xylostella 6) Luuakse tootmiseks sobivad optimeeritud materjalid ja nende taimekaitseks kasutamise teoreetilised alused 7) To create optimized dispensers and traps in purpose to use kairomone methods for plant protection and monitoring of listed in 4) and 5) insects Eeldatavad tulemused. Expected results. Optimized kairomone materials and high/attractivity pheromone dispensers will be created to monitor and to control the listed pest insects not only in biodynamic farms, recreation areas and hobby farms but for production of vegetables in specialized farms as well. Theoretical conceptions for introducing of kairomone materials for plant protection will be introduced. Nature of action of each component in multicomponent kairomone communication blend will be determined. Methods to calculate kairomone communication channel parameters will be introduced. |
