description: The aim of the project is to type, edit and prepare for publishing, also to publish the manuscript of great international importance by the wellknown anthropologist K. Mark (1922-1999). The manuscript comprises the anthropology of Finno-Ugric peoples in comparison with the neighbouring Indo-European and Turkic-Tatar peoples. The study is based on the analyses of anthropological data of 130 ethnic-territorial groups and summarised data of 22 ethnic groups (altogether 12 651 individuals, 41 measurements). The volume of the hand-written manuscript is approximately 590 p (consisting of the text, 41 tables with statistical parameters, and 45 figures). It is necessary to compile the English summary (approximately 50 p.).
