| description: | The objective of this research project is to improve elaborated video measuring system to the novel level, enabling tool condition monitoring and online measurements via computer network. The video module can be used in researches of new cutting tools and tool materials, as well as in manufacturing intustry for monitoring and measurement cutting tools condition in CNC machines or flexible production cells. The module consists of camera body equipped with macro lens and adapters, a connection kit, a high speed computer capable for video processing and a special software for image processing enabling online-measurements. Goals will be achieved by developing software, analysing video feed approximately with intervals 3-60 secunds. |
