description: | Prooviding of high reliability of the power supply is one of mine problems in electric power systems.Tsid acheaved using energy and cpccity reserves mainly.Mot too much attention ios paid to this problem till now.. The object of this project is the matematical modelling of random disturbanceson three informational level (probabilistic, uncertanity in intervals, fuzzy), optimisation of reserve kinds and values the reserve market in consider, and evalation of related costs and profits. Expected results: 1) more exact models of random events influencing electric power system; 2)reserve optimisation methods inm the market condition; 3)elaboration of cost and profit characteristics on three informational level. The project results will be published in 3 papers, presented on 3 international conferences and its final results will be published as a book. |
