The project aims at ascertaining commercially beneficial processes for obtaining products with high added value from oil shale oil, determining the technical indicators of their implementation, and exploring the processes that would reduce and cure negative effects on the environment. The project also aims at proving that upon production of oil it is possible to extract from oil shale a sufficient amount of phenol compounds that can be used for producing several chemicals characterised by high added value. |
