| description: | This project is handling mastities of the milk dairy cows, elaborating of autogeneous vaccines for protection of bacterial respiratory infections in pigs, epidemiological monitoring of mycobacterioses and elaborating more effective methods for controlling mycobacterial infections. The occurrence of the Staphylococcus aureus is explained in our bigger dairy farms. Adequate microbial strains are isolated and identified and their virulence and drug resistance is explained. The technology for preparing of the farmspecific inactivated polyvaccines and anatoxins against S. aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus dysgalactiae and Corynebacterium spp. is elaborated. Field trials are carried out for evaluating of vaccine effectivity in 2...3 dairy farms. Adequate strains are selected and their cultivation conditions for preparing vaccines are optimized. Microbiological investigations of mycobacteriosis from the pathological materials of domestic and wild anaimals are carried out. The PCR identification of the agens of mycobacteriosis and optimation of the differentiation methodics is carried out. Recomendations for the diagnostics of mycobacterioses and for making effective of the control of NTM infection in slaughterhouses are elaborated. |
