duration: 01.01.2004 - 31.12.2006
description: The equation determining nuclear magnetic polarization motion of spin systems, mutually connected strongly enough but small in number of components, in powder thermostat (Liouville - von Neumann equation) will be investigated with aim to describe the dependence of the methods of solution, the amount of precision and the completeness of the solution on the utilized representation of the equation. It will be settled the possibilities to characterize the individual phenomena in NMR-spectra (e.g. the separate sidebands) mathematically- analytically sepatately in detail. The choise of equation representation is limited by quantum-mechanical qualities of the spin system.
The expected outcome is establishment of mathematical formalism for determination of nuclear system local structure through interpretation of NMR-spectra.
