description: | Objective of investigations. The objective of this investigations is to work out of complex method which based on statistical dynamics methods for treatment of site specific information and using of received information in real course of time which is enable: 1) to improving of agricultural technologies and logistics of machines which are travelling at nature; 2) to enhance of efficiency of machine technologies; 3) essentially to decrease of phenomenon of the pollution load and to keeping of EU environmental protection requirements which are seriously become hard. Problem and discussion. Both on a landscape and on a field usually travelling various machines - agricultural aggregates, timber carrying machines, any carrying offroad vehicles, etc. Irrespective of type of the machine the main problem is the organisation from the point of view of economy resources and nature protection movement of machines on a landscape and on a field. It is connected to the decision of a compromise tasks and with the answer to some questions how to prevent over compaction of the soil and its destruction and at the same time how to provide vulnerable mobility the machines moving on a field or on a landscape. The Geographical Information System (it is brief GIS) is more and more used for planning activity in an agriculture, in a forestry, in tourism and rest. GIS (Geographical Information System) allows to administer in computer digital cards and to use them for input new site-specific information and on separate points of a landscape to interpolate new indications for the new places which have appeared outside measured sites. Modern DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) devices are connected with GIS. Connecting among themselves digital cards of GIS and GPS receivers, it is by complex method possible on the certain points of measurement will make cards and to plan schemes and active leading of movements of units and of agrotechnological processes, and to establish routes for several kind vehicles. Shortages. The present system assumes creation of the big data files, being based on the measured data brought manually and logged through a common database by their interpolation. The received maps do not describe authentically in points interesting us current situation at cite specific points of the field and landscape. At the same time the gauges located by machines, are measured various parameters of a condition and operating modes of machines (speed of moving, wheel slip, loading of the engine and threshing the device, humidity of grain, a bias of a relief etc.) which it is collateral characterise us interesting parameters of environment, however all this information remains practically unused. The Estonian language terminology concerning GIS and DGPS practically it is not advanced up to the end. Novelty of researches. 4) The basic novelty of our researches is use of the requisite site specific information for collecting a database by collateral methods. Advantage of our methods is record with the big density of a database, their processing by methods of the theory of probability with the purpose of increase of adaptability of machines in real course of time. It will be able to increase application of machine technologies and observance of EU environmental protection requirements which are seriously become hard. The prospective importance of researches for a science and for a national economy. 1. Elaboration of methods of the theory of probability and enlargement the field of statistical dynamics methods use of , and its connecting with GPS technology. 2. Increasing of efficiency of agriculture and to decrease of phenomenon of the pollution load. 3. Improving graduated level of scholarships (two female M.Sc.-students). 4. Modernisation of technological processes for the nature, supervisory control and data acquisition, and sustainable use of resources. |
