The target of the work will be theoretical calculation of the gain of the collector farms and the experimental control of the theoretical conclusions (in the Estonian conditions) which are two-positionally tracked. The project will continue grant Nr 5671, which did assess the gain for stand-alone solar collectors. We are attending to consider the gain in the farm conditions, finding out the optimal deflection angle and the best geometry for a tracked farm. Due to optical limitation we consider that for a farm the efficiency will not be so high as found for standing-alone collectors (10-30%) |
